Payroll, Invoicing & Reconciliation Alignment

Our Industrial Contractor client was wasting human effort to link Project work invoiced to its clients, to monthly payroll. There were a combination of core systems, communications interfaces like Email and WhatsApp, and human extraction to Excel. This created a bottleneck of double-checking in a stressful end of month process. Our robot was designed to complete stages of the process as work was completed, smoothing out the stress, improving accuracy and extracting key data that also improved payments from suppliers. All for less than the cost of an FTE.
