Automating Peak Volumes

Working closely with Young Voices, we delivered a Payment and Reconciliation Robot during a peak event. It took 5 days to design, build, integrate and test. Then it worked 24/7 through a backlog of 53,000 events. Each task that took 2 minutes for a human and only 10 seconds for our Robot. No one lost their job, Young Voices simply diverted work unsuited to humans for a peak period allowing them to focus on what they do best.
